1. Data controller
The data controller for MT Radar is Neorural Labs, S.L., NIF ESB88692967, registered office at Lugar Pentanes, 42U, 33315 Villaviciosa, Asturias, Spain. Contact us about privacy matters at support@mtradar.com.
2. What we collect
- Account data — name, email address, and login credentials.
- Instance and telemetry data — metrics from your monitored machines and MetaTrader 5 agents (CPU/memory usage, connection status, estimated earnings).
- Payment data — if you get an MT Radar subscription, the only personal data we keep directly for that purchase is your email address, used to link the payment to your account. Payment card details, bank details, and full billing information are not stored directly by us — they are handled entirely by Creem, our payment processor and merchant of record.
- Analytics data — we use a self-hosted, cookie-free instance of Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. It does not track individual visitors across sites and does not use cookies.
3. Why we process your data
We process your data to provide and operate the service (contract performance), to process payments and comply with tax/accounting obligations (legal obligation), and to understand aggregate usage of the site (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
Personal data is not sold. Your email address may be shared only when needed to operate the service, complete your order, respond to support requests, comply with the law, or protect the service against fraud or abuse — this includes sharing with Creem (payment processing, as merchant of record) and our hosting/infrastructure providers.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and instance data for as long as your account is active. For purchases and subscriptions specifically, your email address is kept for as long as it is reasonably needed to manage your purchase, provide access or support, respond to order questions, manage subscriptions or licenses, or keep basic order history. Payment records are kept for as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. You can request deletion of your account at any time via your settings or by emailing us.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal data related to your account, purchase, subscription, or license. If you are in the EU/EEA, these rights arise under the GDPR, and you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
To exercise any of these rights for data we hold directly, email support@mtradar.com or visit our Customer Support page. If your request concerns payment, billing, fraud checks, or transaction records handled by Creem, you may also need to contact Creem directly.
7. Cookies
MT Radar uses only strictly necessary cookies for authentication (keeping you logged in). Our analytics (Plausible) is cookie-free.
This policy covers our own purchase, subscription, and license data practices only. The checkout, payment, and order portals provided by Creem may use their own cookies, analytics, or security technologies under Creem's own privacy policy.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
