1. Who we are

MT Radar is operated by Neorural Labs, S.L. ("Neorural Labs", "we", "us"), a company registered in Spain with NIF ESB88692967, registered office at Lugar Pentanes, 42U, 33315 Villaviciosa, Asturias, Spain. You can reach us at support@mtradar.com.

2. The service

MT Radar is a monitoring and optimization service for farms of equipment that are part of the MQL5 Cloud Network, providing real-time visibility and control over MetaTrader 5 infrastructure through a web dashboard and a lightweight client application.

3. Accounts

You need an account to use MT Radar. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.

4. Subscription plans and billing

MT Radar offers the paid subscription plans described on our Pricing page, billed monthly in EUR. Payments are processed by Creem, acting as merchant of record — Creem handles billing, invoicing, and card data on our behalf; we never receive or store your card details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings inside the app, which opens the Creem customer portal. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not automatically issue a refund for the current billing period.

5. Refunds

If you run into an issue with the service, reach out at support@mtradar.com and we'll do our best to resolve it. We don't offer refunds for monthly subscription charges. However, if a payment was made in error — for example, if you were charged twice for the same product — email support@mtradar.com and we'll refund the extra charge.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, accessing it through unauthorized means, or using it to violate applicable law or the rights of others.

7. Availability

We aim to keep MT Radar available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or modify the service for maintenance, security, or operational reasons, with notice where reasonably possible.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neorural Labs, S.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of MT Radar. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute not resolved amicably will be submitted to the courts of Asturias, Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection venue rules that may apply.
